Some of you might remember Showtime, a diskmagazine that used to be
released by groups like Ram Jam and Darkage. After years of silence,
the magazine is now brought back by none other than Scoopex.
Another edition of the Swedish party known as Compusphere was arranged this weekend. The
festivities took place in Jörlanda, a place not too far from Stenungsund on the Swedish west
coast. A special thing about the event was that Up Rough (Amiga group) celebrated its 10th
anniversary there!
After reading the various articles on the site, it was interesting to note the following:
We have also a little nostalgic in us that maybe, just maybe we
will create something new for the old Amiga 500 as a salute and to
honouring the old king Kefren.
Could this mean that we'll see a new demo from Kefrens in the coming future? That would for sure be good news.
Christmas 2007 wasn't only about tasty food, drinks, presents or such kind of stuff.
It was also about new demo releases for the Amiga. During the holidays, another
edition of the well known demo party GREP was arranged in Skövde, Sweden.
As usual, productivity was high and the Swedes brought us a bunch of new stuff to
enjoy. Demos, music, graphics and other things that makes your Amiga go bananas
with enjoyment.
The demos will be available for download at Classicamiga.com shortly.
