This game came with the Compendium illustrated playbook, Orb of the Moon authentic gemstone, 16"x16 full colour tapestry of Britannia, a paper map, and a contest form.

This came on 4 floppies if you wanted to run it from floppy disk, but only required 3 if you were installing it to HD.
