There are two versions of Quake for the Amiga. The official conversion by ClickBoom wa a commercial release, whereas this second version is an Open Source conversion of the Quake engine made possible by iD Software releasing the Quake engine into the public domain.
To run this Open Source release you require the original PC Quake CD to gain access to the game levels as the Open Source engine provided desn't contain any of the original games copyrighted levels.
