Exile

Exile is based on the 1988 Acorn BBC Micro game by Superior Software.

Although we have the game down as a platform game, which it is in terms of structure, the game is foremost an Action Adventure game, and one of the best you will find on any platform.

The later AGA/CD32 updated version of Exile has far superior graphics compared to this A500/A600 OCS/ECS version of the game, but the gameplay is identical so is just as enjoyable, just not as pretty. This ECS version also has one advantage over the AGA version, and that is a further out wider view of the level so you can see more around you while navigating, making it slightly easier to play.
