The Director is a multimedia program capable of ccombining images, animations, sound, text and music to build sophisticated presentations.  These can range form interactive displays to games, to story telling animations, or presentations to synchronize pictures, sound-effects and music.

The program is a script based multimedia development application that can create standalone presentations for distribution and playback.  Think of it like a very early Adobe/Macromedia Flash.
