During play, type "HI TO MSLG". Nothing seems to happen, but you will now have infinite lives.
Tips
To board the helicopter at the end of level 5 you must first allow the helicopter to leave the screen, then run to the end of the building and jump in the direction that the helicopter left, making sure that you completely exit from the screen.
